The following are typically excluded from our fee proposals for residential projects:

• Party wall surveyor fees and notices
• Specialist surveys (structural, drainage, ecological, arboricultural)
• Planning application fees
• Building control submission fees
• CDM Principal Designer fees (quoted separately where applicable)
• Interior design, furniture, and fittings
• Landscape design beyond immediate curtilage
• Rights of light assessments
• Section 106 / CIL payments
• VAT
